Haven’t been here since I was a kid,l. PSA if you’re an adult watch out for the grates on the bottom of the FLOOR in the lazy river. They are RAISED and multiple of us hit our toes on them. They don’t have any signage and it’s not easy to see when you’re pushing a kiddo on the tubes infront of you. Told the lifeguard and he just laughed and said it’s the drains. Went to the check in area and all she said was sorry & asked if I wanted a bandaid(after I told her it’s swollen and bruised, not bleeding.). It wasn’t bleeding it was BRUISED AND SWOLLEN not even a minute after it happened. Let’s hope it’s not broken. To n ers crossed they never have an actual emergency as they don’t seem to care if you get hurt.

One of the best deals around. Adults get in for $10 and kids over 4 for $6 for a 2-hour session. While I do love the Tacoma's splash pads (free is hard to beat) they don't keep bigger kids entertained for two hours. Stewart Heights does. The whole facility is clean, well-maintained. I love the zero depth entry for the little ones, the lazy river, although the giant water dump bucket is the highlight of the whole place. Heads up: Lines for sessions get long quick, so get there early and be prepared to stand in line to make the most of it.

First day open and didn’t even finish my stay. The young female life guard with with brown hair was incredible rude. I brought my daughter’s float that I brought all last year. She ran up to me as I was getting in the pool and said. I can’t use it and that I was lying and didn’t bring it last year. And that I could talk to her manager or just leave if I didn’t like it. I definitely won’t be coming back again this year.

I took my son to a birthday party at Stewart Heights Pool and he had a blast! The water slide, lazy river, and splash features kept the kids entertained for hours. The pool was clean, well-staffed, and perfect for a fun summer celebration.
